Ingredients of Almond Rainbow Cake
- You need 200 grams of self raising flour.
- It’s 4 of egg.
- You need 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- It’s 200 grams of soft butter.
- You need 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 2 cup of icing sugar.
- It’s 50 grams of almond nibs.
- You need of COLOURING OPTION.
- It’s 1 tbsp of cocoa powder for dark brown colour.
- You need 1 tbsp of milk for light yellow colour.
- You need 1 of drop of red food colouring.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of scew pine leaf extra or 1 drop of green food colouring.
- It’s of OPTIONAL.
- It’s 4 of ramekin or baking tray.
Almond Rainbow Cake step by step
- mix flour with baking powder with almond nibs then add eggs and butter with icing sugar whisk for 3 minute.
- divide into 4 portion and add 1 tbsp cocoa powder for brown colour.
- green colouring /red colour and milk colour.
- pour brown layer of batter then milk batter …green colour batter and red batter last.
- bake at 160 C for 35 minute then slice up and serve.
