- You need 1 1/2 cups of Self Raising Flour.
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Instant Dry Yeast.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of Butter/ Margarine.
- Prepare 1 cup of Milk.
- You need of For Paste:.
- Prepare 3 of Big Red Ripe Tomatoes.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Tomato Paste.
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of Oil.
- You need 3-4 Cloves of Garlic.
- You need 1/2 Tsp. of Black Pepper.
- It’s 1/2 Tsp. of Red Chilli Powder.
- You need of For Toppings:.
- You need 1 of of each Green,Red n Yellow Pepper.
- It’s 1 Tin of Sweetcorn.
- Prepare 1 Tin of Chopped Mushrooms.
- It’s 1 of L/s Onion.
- It’s 1 of L/s Tomato.
- Prepare 1 Bowl of cut Pineapple pcs.
- It’s of Oregano,Mixed Herbs,Black Pepper n Salt.
- It’s of Shreaded Tuna.
- It’s of Shreaded Chicken.
- It’s of Grated cheese cheddar n mozzarella.
Tuna Pizza# 4 week challenge instructions
- Put Yeast n 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl n mix properly.Add 1/2 cup luke warm water.Cover n keep it in a warm place to proof for 10-15 mins..
- In a bowl put all the flours,add salt n the remaining sugar.Mix well n add butter..
- Rub in the butter properly till it becomes like bread crumbs.Now take the proofed yeast add to the mixture.Put the milk n make the dough.
- Start kneading to n fro till the dough is no longer sticky.Drizzle a little oil.Cover the dough n keep it in a warm place to rise for an hour..
- Make sure you cover with a cloth.In the meantime prepare all your toppings n sauce..
- For the sauce just blend everything n then put oil in a saucepan n cook it for 10mins..
- Make balls from the risen dough,roll them n put on the pan/lids.Apply the cooked sauce..
- Sprinkle some cheese,add the shreaded tuna,Peppers n Onions.
- Finally sprinkle the herbs n blackpepper.Bake for 10-15 mins..
- Enjoy with a cold drink of your choice.
