  1. NOTE: Peel, seed and cut the tomatoes in cubes. Put them into a strainer for a while..
  2. Heat 100ml olive oil in a wide pan, over high heat.
  3. Add the onion and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Season with just a pinch of salt. Olives will add the extra taste we need..
