Ingredients of Vegetable Pizza
- You need 1 packages of Whole Wheat Pita.
- You need 2 bunch of Broccoli (Chopped).
- It’s 1 large of Green Pepper (Chopped).
- Prepare 3 cup of Cauliflower (Chopped).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Fresh Dill Dip (find the recipe under my recipes).
- It’s 1 large of Cucumber (Chopped).
- You need 1 medium of Hot Pepper (optional) Chopped.
- It’s 4 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Vegetable Pizza step by step
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Place 4 Pitas on a cookie sheet.
- Bake the Pita for about 5-7 minutes.
- Let the Pita cool completely.
- Spoon some Dill Dip onto the cooled Pita.
- Add your vegetables.
- Top with cheese.
