Ingredients of Turkish Chicken Pizza
- Prepare of Crust.
- It’s 2 1/4 cup of maida/All purpose flour.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 2 tbsp of butter.
- It’s 1.5 tsp of instant yeast.
- You need 1 tsp of sugar.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare As needed of Water for kneading.
- Prepare of Topping.
- It’s 1/4 kg of mince mutton / chicken.
- It’s 1 of onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum chopped.
- You need 1 cup of coriander leaves chopped.
- It’s 1 of tomato chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies chopped.
- You need 1 of Lemon juice.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Olive oil (drizzle).
- Prepare of Salad.
- Prepare 1 of tomato.
- It’s 1 of cucumber.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of mayonnaise.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Peri Peri sauce.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
Turkish Chicken Pizza step by step
- In a bowl, Add all the ingredients of the dough and knead into a soft dough and leave covered for an hour or until double in size.
- Chop onion in the food processor..heat butter in a pan and saute it till slightly pink in colour.
- Add all the dry ingredients with chicken in the food processor and blend till smooth.. Then add saute onions, tomato, peppers, chilli, coriander leaves and blend till smooth.
- Roll the pizza dough into a thin round shape and apply chicken mixture on top and drizzle some olive oil on top.
- Heat oven at 180 c… Bake the pizza for 15..20 minutes till golden on top.
- Prepare salad by mixing mayonnaise with Peri Peri sauce, lemon juice and onion, cucumber tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.
- When pizza is baked serve with salad on top.
