The ingredients needed to prepare Meatball Subs:
  1. Use 2 lb ground beef
  2. You need 3 eggs
  3. You need 3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  4. Take 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  5. Take 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
  6. Use 4 clove garlic minced
  7. Get 1 small onion, chopped
  8. You need 2 packages sub buns
  9. Prepare banana peppers
  10. Prepare cheese of your choice ( I used mozzarella )
  11. Prepare oil for pan frying
Steps to make Meatball Subs:
  1. combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, Italian dressing, garlic, and onion in mixing bowl and mix well
  2. form into golf ball size meatballs.
  3. heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a pan over med high heat
  4. pan fry meatballs until browned on the outside
  5. remove from pan and place in cock pot and cover with spaghetti sauce. ( I was short on time so I put these in a roasting pan and baked them in the oven )
  6. cook in crockpot in med heat 2-3 hrs or until meatballs are done or in oven at 350 got 45 min to a hour
  7. once meatballs are done remove from oven.
  8. place buns in a cookie sheet and full with meatballs and sauce.
  9. top subs with banana peppers and cheese
  10. return subs to 350 oven until cheese melts
  11. eat and enjoy!
