  1. Take a gobi,carrot wash peel and cut in cubes.
  2. Take a pressure cooker then add carrot,gobi and peas and half cup of water take 2 whistle then gas off.
  3. After pressure released add potato,sprouts mashed and mixed veggies.
  4. Take a wok then add oil then oil heat add garlic saute add onion till golden then add all masala,lemon juice,ginger and tomato ouree mixed then add mashed veggies mixed then add 1 cup of boiled water add cook for 5 minutes in slow heat then add kasuri methi and coriander.
  5. Take a pan add butter pav cut in two pcs and fry till crispy.
  6. Take a carrot,raddish grated onion cut in slices for salad.
  7. Take a plate add salad,bhaji butter and fried pav serve.
