  6. Mix it gently with the help of wooden spatula.mix it with cut and fold method, or making 8 in the mixture from the spatula.pour it in the greased mould.Tap it so that air bubbles disappears.
  7. Keep it in the preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 to 35 miniutes.
  8. After 30 miniutes insert the wooden pick in the center of the cake if it comes out clean,it means it is done.If not then keep it 5 miniutes more.
  9. If it is done then keep it 2 minutes more than take it out.
  10. After 15 miniutes de mould it and Let it cool for 2 hrs.
  11. Cut it in 3 parts with the help of knife.
  12. Sprinkle sugar syrup 3,4 tsp in it for moisturing it.( Make sugar syrup from 1 cup of sugar & 1 cup of water,boil it till dissolve the sugar,let it be cool then use in the cake.
  13. After sugar syrup put whipped cream & spread all circle,then put small pieces of pineapple..
  14. Put another piece of cake on it & sprinkle syrup,add cream & pineapple.
  15. Now put last piece & make it like that.
  16. Now put cream all over the cake & spread it.at the time of whipping cream mix pineapple essence & Whipped it till makes peaks in it,then it can be applied on the cake for getting best results.
  17. Comb the cake sides it gives a beautiful look.if you want making design do it.
  18. On the top garnish it with chocolate design & some whipped cream design..
  19. We can make chocolate design at the home for the garnishing.edible chocolate sheets are easily available in the market.We can spread the chocolate in it & get beautiful design.
