  3. mash the cooked yokes well, mix with mayo, add vinegar sugar honey mustard and pepper a small blender works like well:-)
  4. combine noodles copped onion, peppers and egg whites in large bowl
  5. pour dressing on top mix well….refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving
