Add tomatoes, broth, beer, raisins, chipotle peppers, peanut butter, sugar and salt; bring to a simmer cook and stir 20 minutes. pour vegetable mixture and chocolate into food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 350. Pour sauce over brown chicken pieces. Cover pan loosely with foil bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through 165.
