  2. Take 2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (Divided)
  3. Use 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  4. Get 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  5. Prepare 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  6. Get 2 Tbsp Honey
  7. Prepare 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

  9. Take 6 Tbsp Cornstarch

  1. Trim the fat from the chicken. - Cut into medium to thick strips. - Wash thoroughly in a colander. - Shake off the water well.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a mixing bowl. Marinate the chicken with 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 6 Tablespoons Cornstarch, 1 Teaspoon Salt & 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder. - Cover & Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a nonstick wok.
  4. Tip in the Sesame Seeds. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir-fry the marinated chicken over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn a few times.
  6. Add the Garlic Paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Mix the remaining 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder & Honey in a small bowl to make a paste.
  8. Add it to the Chicken. Stir gently to coat.
  9. Garnish with Green Onions & Red Chilies.
  10. Note: The chicken will become tough & lose it’s lusciousness if over-fried.
