- Marinate chicken with salt, red chillie powder,black pepper,lemon juice,flour and cornflour mix well to coat chicken and set a side for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil and deep frying chicken in batch till done.
- Remove chicken once golden brown and cooked,place it in kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
- Next make mango sauce,blend mangoes,garlic cloves and green chillie s and make smooth paste.
- Heat pan and add honey in it cook on low med heat now add mango sauce and mix well and cook 3-5 min,now add chillie powder,salt,katchup,hot sauce and stir well and cook 30 Sec.
