  2. Now add oil in a pan then add sliced onions in it then let it golden brown then add cumin seeds and curry leaves..
  3. Then add add tomato slices and simmer for 5 mints then mashed them with spoon then add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, salt, sour salt, bhuna masala and Kalonji and mix broil it until oil comes upward then add fried potatoes in it
  4. Them mix and further cook for 5 mints then garnish corriender and sliced green chilli and serve…
