- Ab jab oil uper ajay to yakhni tyar ha.
- Ab boil rice aik pot mein daalay phr yakhni daal day phr rice daal day.
- Ab yogurt lay, us mein 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste or food color daal kar mix kray.or yeh rice par daal day
- Hara dhania or green chilli cut ke ke rice par daal da.is ko dum Par rakh day, jab rice mein steam ban jay to 1 cup oil la, or 2 long or 2 choti Elaichi la kar baghar tyar kar ke rice par daal ke 10- 20 min ke Lia dum Par rehnay day.
