- Prepare 1/3 cup soy sauce
- Use 2 tbsp. Brown sugar

- Put the chicken on a sheet pan and place in a preheated oven set to 325 degrees for a total cook time of 90 mins. In the last 5 mins turn on the broiler to get a nice char!!!
- Remove and use a instant read thermometer to check for doneness. should read at the very least 165 degrees but most likely in the 170's anything less should be put back in oven.
