  1. Prepare less then 1 kg Rice
  2. Prepare 1 cup curd
  3. Provide 1/2 cup ghee
  4. Prepare 2 onion
  5. Take 4 tomato

  7. Prepare 1 kg chicken
  8. You need 2 tbsp National bombay biryani masala
  9. You need to taste Salt
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  11. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. Provide 1 tsp cumin powder
  13. Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Provide 1/2 tsp kewra essence
  15. Provide 4 Green chili
  16. You need 2 aniseeds
  17. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  18. Provide 1/2 tsp vinegar
  19. Use 2 potato half boil in orange colour
Instructions to make Biryani:
  1. Boil rice and add into aniseeds and bay leaf salt 2 tbsp and oil 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp vinegar
  2. Make sure boil rice only 1/3 part
  3. Marinate chicken with curd 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and biryani masala
  4. Fry onion in ghee and then add tomato paste 1tbsp ginger garlic paste chopped mint and coriander leaves and all spices and mix well
  5. Remaining little bit gravy and pour marinated chicken n boil potato stir for 5 mints in high flame
  6. And then last add your 1/3boil rice into your gravy add 1tbsp orange colour on it of the top
  7. And cover with foil pepper in low flame for 15 to 20 mints
  8. And serve. 🥰
