  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. add salt, pepper, garlic to flour
  3. coat meat with flour mixture and brown in large pan with hot oil.
  4. cut carrots into inch long pieces. chunk onion and cur cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. place meat in 13x9 casserole dish
  6. put veggies on and around meat in pan. drizzle used oil over meat and veggies and drizzle Asian merinade over all.
  7. cover with foil. and bake for 30 minutes. internal temp should be over 170. o get mine up to 200 & you won't need a knife to cut.
  8. take foil off and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
