  1. Get Left over fruits like plums, cherries, grapes etc., 200grm
  2. Take Sugar 100 grm (according to your taste)
  3. Take 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. Use Saffron 2 to 3 string
  6. You need Clove 3 nos
  7. Provide Pinch salt
Instructions to make Plum chutney:
  1. Wash the fruits and boil in 300ml water with salt. Add cinnamon cardamon powder and clove. cook until fruit become soft. Add saffron threads.
  2. Add sugar, cook until dissolve and become thick syrup.
  3. Let it cool, and store it in glass bowl. 3 days we can keep in room temperature. If you want to store for long time then keep it fridge.
  4. This fruit chutney you can make mixed fruits also except banana, apple, melons
