  3. In a bowl, add eggs, salt & yellow food colour, whisk well. in frying pan, add oil & pour egg mixture, cook omelet from both sides & set aside.
  4. Cut the corners of sandwich bread slices, heat grill pan & grill bread slices, spread mayo, add potato filling, add cheese slices, add omelet. place another bread slice over the potato filling, again spread mayo, place burger patties, cheese slices, spread mayo on another bread slice & top with the slice.
  5. Grease grill pan with butter, place sandwich, apply butter & grill from both sides.
  6. Serve with cucumber & tomato slice.
