  2. Prepare salt

Steps to make Pot Stickers:
  1. In a bowl mix plain flour and salt and make a bit stiff dough with the help of hot water. Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.
  2. Clean, wash and boil spinach leaves. Once it is boiled, put them in a bowl of cold water. Now strain it and squeeze it and take out all the water. Chop it finely.
  3. Now in a pan take 2 tbsp oil and add chopped onion. Add garlic paste to it and mix well. Now add salt, black pepper powder and mixed herbs. Add chopped spinach and mix everything well. Turn off the heat and add grated cottage cheese. Give it a good stir.
  4. Take the stuffing out in a container and let it cool down.
  5. Now divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a 3 and half inch circle. Roll it thin. Now apply little bit of water on the edges. Put the stuffing in the middle and make potstickers making pleats.
  6. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and put it on medium heat. Now arrange all the potstickers in it and let it cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until it is brown from the bottom. Now add 1/4 cup of water and quickly cover it with the lid. Cook further three to four minutes until all the water is evaporated. Repeat for the remaining potstickers. Now our potstickers are ready.
  7. Potstickers can be made in different shapes and it can be stuffed with different stuffing. Serve them hot with soya sauce and momo chutney.
