- You need 1 onion chopped
- You need 3 cloves garlic minced
- Get 3 sticks celery chopped
- Get 3 carrots oblique cut
- Prepare 3 tblsp thyme
- Take 2 bay leaves
- Provide 2 tblsp tomato paste
- Use 3 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
- Take 2 cups beef stock
- Take 600 g beef (brisket and short rib) cut
- Use 2 cups mushrooms cut in half

- Get 1/4 red pepper chunky chopped
- Provide 1/4 yellow pepper chunky chopped
