  6. put in the baking tray in the oven and reduce the temp. to 130°F celcius. bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
  7. when the pavlova is baked, leave it to cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
  8. for topping : whip the ready to whip cream until smooth, and soft. put it on top ur cooled pavlova with chops of fruit of ur choice.n its done!
