  5. when cold fill with whipped cream and well drained pineapple or mixed berries roll like a swiss roll , you may need to use a knife to assist the rolling as it can stick a little (I find that makes it easier ) roll onto serving plate and dust with icing sugar if desired
  6. if using mixed berries simmer the reserved liquid with sugar to make a sauce to serve with it
