Steps to make Radish Paratha:
  1. Mix wheat flour, salt and 1 teaspoon cooking oil in a mixing bowl thoroughly. Make a soft dough with water and keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Peel and wash radish. Grate and finely chop radish leaves and mix with grated radish. Squeeze excess water of radish with the help of your palms.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 green chilli. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder and carrom seeds. Mix well.
  4. Now make a ball of dough. Roll with the help of rolling pin and put radish mixture on it. Fold from all sides and roll paratha.
  5. Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and place rolled paratha and roast on medium flame for 3 minutes. Apply cooking oil.
  6. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown colour.
  7. Serve hot with Raita.
