- Cook the 3 cups of Rice according to package directions.
- While rice is cooking. Melt 3 tbsp of butter to large skillet. Add the peppers and onions and cook covered under medium heat under onions are slightly brown and peppers are tender.
- Add Garlic, Italian Seasoning and Paprika to Onions and Peppers. Mix well
- Add the Beef, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Rice and mix well.
- Add water, approx 1/3 or 1/4 to get desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
