  1. Cut the apple into very thin round slices. The thickness of the slices should be so less that they can bend without breaking.
  2. Take a small non-stick pan and grease it's surface with 1/2 tsp butter.
  3. Arrange the apple slices in a small non-stick pan in a overlapping manner.
  4. Put the gas on medium flame. Sprinkle around one and a half tsp sugar on top of the arranged slices. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, put the cream into a bowl. Add around one and a half tsp sugar and mix well with the cream till all the sugar dissolves.
  6. Add the apple juice into the cream mixture and mix well.
  7. When the apple slices are cooked, put the gas off.
  8. Let the slices be cooled a little. Then pour the cream mixture over the slices in the pan.
  9. Put the pan into the freezer for around 2 hours or till the cream solidifies.
  10. After the cream freezes, cut it into 4 pieces.
  11. Serve the caramelized apple and cream pie in a plate. (Make sure the pie is frozen when you serve it).

Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix roughly together, leaving the butter as lumps, until you have a sticky dough. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Dissolve cornflour in water; add to pan. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. One of my favourite desserts is apple pie and this recipe for caramel apple pie is my favourite.
