  3. Boil 5 cup water in a pan with kesar,after a boil add soaked rice & cooked on low flame till they are properly cooked.
  4. Now stain the excess water from the rice with stainer.
  5. Keep it aside.
  6. Now add pure ghee in a karahi.
  7. Add all the spices & cook on low flame till aroma smells off & add cooked rice Mix bhi gently.
  8. Add sugar & mix well.
  9. Now the karahi with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Open the lid & add chopped dry fruits.
  11. Again cover it for few 1 minute.
  12. Open the lid & mix well.
  13. Serve hot.
