- Take 2 1/2 C flour
- Prepare 1/2 C salt
- Make ready 2 T cream of tartar

You might need to add a bit more flour or water until the consistency is smooth but not sticky. Stir together the flour, salt and cream of tartar in a large pot. Next add the water and oil.
