- You need 110 gr of Butter or margarine (1/2 C).
- You need 110 gr of caster sugar (1/2 C).
- Prepare 2 of large eggs around 4.6 oz (130gr).
- It’s 60 gr of all purpose flour (1/2 C).

- Double boil chocolate and butter over low heat. Add in sugar, mix well using a wooden spoon. Let slightly cool..
- Add in eggs, one at a time, mix well..
- Add flour, mix really well until smooth and not lumpy..
- Pour in a brownie loaf covered with aluminum foil..
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (160°C) for 20 minutes..
- Keep in the fridge overnight for best brownie eating experience!!!.
