  1. It’s 2 lbs of lean ground beef.
  2. Prepare 6 of Hot Italian Sausage or 1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage.
  3. You need 8 oz. of Ready to Bake Lasagna Noodles.
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of Chopped Onions.
  5. You need 1 Clove of Garlic- minced.
  6. It’s 16 oz. of Tomato Sauce or Spaghetti Sauce.
  7. You need 6 oz. of Tomato Paste.
  8. It’s 2 Tsp of Dried Basil.
  9. Prepare 1 Tsp of Salt.
  10. It’s 1 Tsp of Pepper.
  11. It’s 2 of Eggs.
  12. You need 2 3/4 Cups of Ricotta Cheese.
  13. Prepare 1 Cup of shredded Romano Cheese.
  14. It’s 2 Tbs of Dried Parsley.
  15. You need 1 lb. of Mozzarella Cheese.

Easy Peasy Lasagna instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in large pan until brown.
  3. Cook sausage until done.
  4. Add sausage, tomato sauce and tomato paste and basil to the above pan.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. In the mean time, beat eggs, ricotta, parsley, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup Romano in medium bowl, set aside.
  7. One meat mixture is done, line 13x9x2 baking dish with a thin layer of meat mixture.
  8. Add a layer of Lasagna noodles side by side w/o overlapping/touching (you may have to break noodle to fit).
  9. Add 1/2 ricotta mixture -spread evenly.
  10. Add 1/2 meat mixture- spread evenly.
  11. Add 1/2 Mozzarella- spread evenly.
  12. Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta, meat and mozzarella).
  13. Sprinkle the remaining Romano over top.
  14. Cover loosely with foil.
  15. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  16. Remove foil.
  17. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes.
