Everybody knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a naturally healthy and balanced diet and get a proper amount of exercise. Unfortunately, we do not always have the time or the energy that this type of lifestyle demands. When our work day is finished, most people do not prefer to go to the gym. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally tasty salad (unless we’re vegetarians). You will be pleased to discover that getting healthy doesn’t have to be hard. If you keep going with it, you’ll get all of the required exercise and healthy food. Here are some basic ways to get healthy.

Select water over other drinks. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won’t hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body’s health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend solely on water consumption.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or limited diets. Little things, when done every single day, can do a great deal to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about simply how much you weigh. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

  5. Finely chop and add the coriander.
  6. Finely chopped and add garlic. Also add your seasoning and spices.
  7. Add some seasame oil, enough so that you can mix the filling together into a paste.

  9. Wet your finger in the water and dampen the exposed bottom half of the wrapper.
  10. Fold the wrapper in two and pleat across, making sure you apply enough pressure so that the edges stick.
  11. When you have finished preparing the dumplings, heat some sesame oil in a pan. Then fry until the bottom of each dumpling is golden brown.
  12. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and cover. Leave until all the water has evaporated. The dumpling should look nice and moist - if they are still a little on the hard/dry side just add a bit more water.
