- Prepare 400 ml Coconut milk
- Provide 150 ml Milk
- You need 4 tbsp Granulated sugar
- Take 5 grams Gelatin powder
- Get 2 Kiwi
- Take 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
Steps to make Coconut Milk Jello:
- Sprinkle gelatin powder into 3 tablespoons hot water and leave to soak. (Follow the packet instructions.)
- Add the coconut milk, milk and sugar to a pan and heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, take it off the heat, add the gelatin and dissolve.
- Strain the mixture into a bowl and shock in an ice bath. Keep stirring whilst the mixture cools.
- You can add the mixture into separate serving cups or you can keep it in the bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Peel the kiwi and cut it into 4 pieces lengthways. Thinly slice each of these strips. Marinade the kiwi in sugar and chill in the fridge.
