Before you jump to Soba Noodles with Miso Roasted Tomatoes recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about The Basics of Being Healthy.

We all understand that, in order to really be healthful, nutritious and balanced diets are important as are good amounts of exercise. Sadly, we do not always have the time or the power that this type of lifestyle requires. Going to the gym isn’t something people want to do when they get off from work. People crave salty and sweet, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). The good news is that making wise decisions doesn’t have to be a pain. With practice you can get all of the nutrients and the physical exercise that you need. Here are some tips to be as healthy as possible.

Take the stairs. Instead of choosing the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. This isn’t as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, making use of the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.

There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also critical. Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about just how much you weigh. You need to help to make your body as strong it can be.

The ingredients needed to prepare Soba Noodles with Miso Roasted Tomatoes:
  1. You need 1/3 cup canola oil
  2. Prepare 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  3. Get 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoons yellow or white miso
  5. Use 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  6. Use 1 tablespoon honey
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  8. Get Kosher salt
  9. You need 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  10. Take 8 ounces soba noodles
  11. Prepare 4 scallions thinly sliced
  12. You need 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions to make Soba Noodles with Miso Roasted Tomatoes:
  1. Preheat oven to 425. In a bowl, whisk the canola oil, vinegar, miso, ginger, sesame oil, honey, lime zest and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt. (I also do a faster version where I boil 4-5 tomatoes with 1 cup or 2 of tomato paste and throw all the ingredients from the bowl like it was a pasta sauce).
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the tomatoes with 3 tablespoons of the Miso dressing and season with salt. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring, until the tomatoes are charred in spots. Scrape into a large bowl (for a quicker version look at my suggestion in step 1)
  3. Cook the soba in boiling water just until al dente (4 min). Drain and cool under cold running water. Add the soba, scallions (I prefer using green onions) and half of the remaining dressing to the tomatoes and toss well. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds (I use furikake). Serve with the remaining dressing
