  4. Fold in the flour mixture and you can use a mwiko or spatula to mix till well incorporated. Your mixture should be runny. If too thick add in some water and mix in well.
  5. Finally add your vegetable oil. Your batter is ready!
  6. For cooking you will need to use a non-stick pan otherwise your pancakes will stick to the pan. Cook on medium heat. Once it’s hot,pour your batter slowly to the pan and spread by tilting the pan. Give it two minutes to start bubbling up or form air bubbles then you can turn to cook the other side.
  7. All ready! You can drizzle some chocolate or honey on it just for the extra sweetness. Serve with your favorite beverage 😉
