  10. In a deep bowl add the fava beans the chickpeas, crushed garlic, lemon juice - and salt
  11. Mash all ingredients using the hand grinder until all has mixed in together
  12. Serve on a plate with a drizzle of oil oil
  13. Decorate with chopped parsley
  14. Serve with tomato, onions and pickles
