- Use 30 g Doritos Chilli Heatwave
- You need 1 teaspoon paprika
- Take 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- You need 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Use 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- Use 100 g cornflour
- Take 2 eggs
- Use 4 chicken breasts
- Take 4 brioche or sesame seed buns
- Prepare A few lettuce leaves
- Take 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise each
Instructions to make Zinger Burger:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use frylite to spray it well.
- Put the Doritos in a sealed food bag and crush them then add all the spices and shake well.
- Ensure chicken breasts are very dry by patting them with paper towels.
- Have separate bowls for the cornflour, beaten egg and doritos.
- Take each chicken breast and dip into cornflour then egg and finally doritos. When all four done, repeat the process a second time.
- Take the well coated Chicken Breasts and place on baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn over and cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken cooked through and crispy.
- Toast the bun and build your burger. You can add onion, tomato and cheese or whatever other toppings you like. I just used lettuce and mayo to replicate a zinger burger.
