Instructions to make Peanut Soup:

  2. Heat the oil in medium flame,add chopped onions and miced garlic.Cook till golden then pour the peanut mixture back into the soup and mix well. Simmer it for 10 misns and keep stiring. Then add salt,pepper,ginger paste,chopped green chillis,finely chopped parsely, hot sauce to taste,mix well.Garnish it some chopped parsely too

I like this better than the African Peanut Soup from this site it has more flavor and richness thanks to more peanut butter and pepper flakes. I made this with almond butter (really good) and quinoa instead of rice (also delicious) coconut instead of olive oil. I would like this better with crushed tomatoes.
