  1. Prepare 1 cup leftover boiled rice,1-2green chillies
  2. Make ready Salt acc to taste,1/2tsp red chilli pwder,1 tsp chat masla
  3. Take Amchoor pwder,1 finelly chopp onion,grated carrot,
  4. Take 1/2 chopp capscium,1-2boiled potato,2-3tbsp cornflour
  5. Prepare Oil for frying, some bread crumbs,2-3tbsp of maida slurry
Instructions to make #Left:
  1. In a mixing add boiled rice add all the species then add chopped veggies of ur choice..then add grated potato and corn flour mix it all toghter.and make a dough
  2. Then make a patties of this dough..give any desired shape of ur choice.then put it into a plate for 2 hrs..after 2 hours take it out.roll it into bread crumbs then dip into maida slurry and then fry on low to medium till it in golen colour.and crispy…now its ready to serve with ur fav sauce😋
  3. Note if u want more crunchiness in ur cutlet two time coat in both
