- Begin by rinsing 200 grams basmati rice in water until it runs clear of starch. Next, soak the rice in enough water for 30 minutes. On the other hand slice onion tomato and potato finely.

- Now add water and mix it well and then cook in pressure cooker for 2 whistles and then switch it off.after the cooker cools down then take out our veggie pulao in biryani style and garnish it with fried onions and peanuts, tomato and curry leaves or coriander.
