- Provide 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Take 10 pcs cilantro

- Provide 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- You need 2 Thai chillis, sliced
- Get 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Get 2 tsp tapioca starch + 50 ml water
- Provide 100 ml water
- Provide Sesame seeds

- Cut peppers into long nice strips. And I had stir fried chicken that I cooked before in the photo.

- Pour cooking oil into the frying pan. Add chopped garlic. Stir until a nice smell comes out.
- Add peppers into the frying pan once garlic is ready.
- After peppers softer or as a desired, add thai chili, soy sauce, chicken strips in it. Stir it well
- Add water, cook until peppers are the softness you want.
- Lastly add tapioca starch water and cilantro. Sprinkle with sesame. Serve it with rice or just like that 😊.. hmmm its soo yummy
