- cook rice in claypot or rice cooker half way thru when the water start to dry about 10 minute then put the cooked rib or chicken with sauce and cover continue cooking dont stir
- once rice is cook add light soy sauce and cook for another 1 minute serve hot
- serve rice top pork and salted fish and scallion
