- It’s 1 packages of Tennis biscuits (any coconut tea biscuit will do).
- You need 250 ml of fresh cream (whipped to form soft peaks).
- It’s 1 can of caramel treat (360g).
- You need 150 grams of Peppermint Crisp Chocolate (Peppermint Aero will work but wont' have the same texture).

- Crush or grate the Peppermint Crisp.
- Crush the biscuits.
- In a bowl stir the caramel till smooth.
- Whip the cream to form soft peaks..
- Combine the whipped cream and caramel, stir till smooth.
- Place layer of crushed biscuits in each glass, then add a layer of caramel cream, then a sprinkling of peppermint crisp, continue layering in this order ending with peppermint crisp..
- Place in fridge until ready to serve..
