2. Prepare of cooked and mashed sweet potatos (2 cups = 3.25 potatos).
3. You need of sugar.
4. You need of evaporated milk (5 ounce).
5. You need of vanilla.
6. It’s of each eggs.
7. Prepare of cinnamon.
8. It’s of each deep dish pie shell (or 2 shallow) unbaked.
9. It’s of nutmeg.

1. Peel and boil potatos.
2. Mix butter, potato's, sugar, and evaporated milk until well blended.
3. Add vanilla, eggs, nutmeg and cinnamon, mix well.
