1. Prepare 5 of Sweet and Tart Apples.
2. You need of Homemade pie Dough **if not. Use 1 box Pie crust (2 sheets inside).
3. It’s 1 of Pie Tray (aluminum).
4. It’s 1/3 cup of Milk.
5. You need 3 tbsp of Lemon juice.
6. You need 1/2 cup of Light Brown Sugar.
7. It’s 1/3 of White Sugar.
8. It’s 1 pinch of Salt.
9. Prepare 1 of Egg.
10. It’s 1/3 tsp of Vanilla extract.
11. You need 1/4 of Ground Cinnamon.
12. Prepare 3 tbsp of Flour or arrowroot.

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Peel and slice apples. Thin sliced.
3. Add lemon juice to prevent browning of the apples. Add cinnamon,sugars, milk and vanilla extract. Add flour.Mix well.
4. Add a dash of salt to enhace the sweetness. Put apples aside..
5. Get pie tray and pie crusts. Room temperature makes for easier shaping..
6. Place one sheet at the bottom of tray. Sprinkle a little bit of flour at the bottom of tray before bottom sheet of crust.
7. Add Apples :).
8. Put top sheet of crust on Apple. Makes slits in the top for ventilation. Seal the bottom and top crust together.
9. Beat egg add some sugar. Brush on top on crust. For golden color :).
10. Place foil on pie for 30 mins in oven. Remove after 30 mins and keep pie in until golden color.
