2. You need 1 of few cubes of goats cheese.
3. It’s 2 tbsp of caramelised onion chutney.
4. You need 1/4 of chicken breast (optional).
5. Prepare 1 dash of mixed herbs/chili flakes (optional).

1. Cut a large square of pastry from sheet and place on greased baking tray.
2. Spread caramelised onion over centre of square, leaving 1/4 inch border. Add goats cheese and chicken.
3. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chili flakes to your taste.
4. Cook approx 20 min at 200 (conventional oven) 180 (fan).
5. Serve with lambs lettuce or rocket with balsamic vinegar and oil if desired.
