  6. Swirl the two mixtures together with a toothpick.
  7. Place in oven for 15- 20 minutes.

To make the cupcakes: place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Divide the mixture between the paper. Top with bigger dollop of chocolate batter. Add another dollop of vanilla batter. With toothpick or skewer, gently swirl chocolate and vanilla together.
