8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of bicarb.
9. You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

11. It’s 1 cup of finely chopped pecan nuts.
12. Prepare of Icing.
13. Prepare 62 1/2 grams of butter.
14. You need 2 tbsp of cocoa.
15. Prepare 2 1/2 tbsp of milk.
16. It’s 2 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
17. Prepare of Substitutes.
18. It’s 1 cup of finely diced almonds instead of pecans.

Kerry's Delicious Chocolate Brownies instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Melt and blend water, butter, oil and cocoa in microwave.
3. Add sugar, flour, salt and whisk together.
4. Add bicarb, vanilla esssence and eggs.
5. Beat with electric mixer for 3mins.
6. Mix in nuts.
7. Pour into greased pan.
8. Bake for 20-30mins.
9. Pour icing over brownies while still hot.
10. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
11. Tip: line baking pan with baking paper. This allows for easier removal.
