- Now heat a table spoon of oil and add the sliced onions. Fry it on medium heat for 3 – 4 minutes. Till they turn transparent..
- Add Ginger – Garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes..
- Now add Turmeric Powder , Red chilly powder, Turmaric powder, coriender powder, salt and cook it for about 2-3 minutes..
- Add the fried Bhindi pieces and mix well..
- Sprinkle some water if needed..
- Cook on low medium heat / flame for about 7- to – 8 minutes till the bhindi is cooked..
- Once done, switch off the flame and Garnish it with coriender leaves ..
