- Take 1 tsp each Sake and Katakuriko for shrimp prep
- Prepare 5 small pieces Boiled Broccoli
- Use 1 tsp Katakuriko (for sauce thickening)
- Prepare 3 tbsp ★Water
- You need 1/2 tsp each ★Mirin, Sake
- Take 1/4 tsp ★Salt
