- preheat oven at 400°F
- roll dough into pinwheels adding flour as needed. stretch into even log.
- cut into 1" sections and place evenly into baking pans. ( makes 24 )
- bake for 17-20 min at 400
- should be a light golden brown
- flip over on wax paper
